We are a service dog provider

What sets us apart from most other programs is not only do we raise and train carefully selected dogs placing them as fully trained service dogs with people with disabilities; we also offer a comprehensive two-year training program for clients who wish to be directly involved in the raising and training process of their future service dog.

Ways You Can Help Oregon Assistance Dogs

Oregon Assistance Dogs is in need of:

Go to our Volunteer Opportunities page for more details
  • A wheelchair van or pickup truck with a canopy.
  • We are always looking for puppy raisers!
  • Cans and bottles! We run a constant can and bottle drive. You can donate them directly to OAD or the next time you return cans/ bottles send us the change. Every penny helps.
  • Please see our WISH LIST for specific items to donate.
  • Paypal user? You can send donations through Paypal to Admin@oregonassistancedogs.org. Even a $1 donation helps!!
  • Sponsor a dog!  Even with our low costs some clients have a hard time affording the cost of the dog and vet care.  The charge for a dog is regulated at $800 (actual cost varies from $300-$1200 depending on the pup). The estimated vet care for the first year including spay/neuter, flea treatment, worming, shots and microchip is $1200. Help us help our clients with the things we don't provide!

THANK YOU for your help!

We appreciate your suppor
